A good example of our work in this area is our environmental partnership with Milton Park Limited. We have converted both of the Park's shuttle buses, which service the Park and local railway station to operate on Pure Plant Oil (PPO) with the commercial version of our smartveg technology, known as the RGen100. This allows Milton Park to actively demonstrate their strong sustainable business policy and Regenatec to carry out research and development on high use commercial vehicles. This led to an excellent PR opportunity for both Regenatec and Milton Park when Tony Blair visited to find out about Regenatec's technology.

We're also actively working closely with CleanStar of India to develop the concept of 'fairtrade fuels'. Regenatec ultimately intends to import sustainably & ethically grown oil from a type of weed know as Jatropha. This plant grows on marginal, arid land, unsuitable for food crops. By developing an exportable plant oil business, new models of social enterprise can be created, brining much needed income to traditionally very poor areas whilst helping to offset the UK's unceasing use for high carbon fuels.
