Do you ship to the US / overseas?

We do ship a large number of smartveg systems overseas. These are generally exported without the auxiliary fuel tank as this allows for a smaller, lower cost package. Generally, a suitable auxiliary fuel tank can be sourced locally at a lower cost than sending one from the UK. The cost of the fuel tank will be deducted from the list price of your smartveg system - but we will ship an entire system if you wish.

If you source your own tank, please be aware that you’ll need an a compatible fuel sender gauge (a simple, low cost resistive 30 to 240 Ohm range type) if you want your smartveg system to show the fuel level on the dash mounted Display Module. If you’d like us to supply a fuel sender, please contact us for the range of lengths available and fixing dimensions.

The prices you see in our web shop include UK tax at 17.5%, which will be deducted on all overseas orders. However you will be charged import duty by your country’s customs office. You’ll need to check this out with you’re your local custom office for the exact amount. Normally the courier will explain that you need to pay an additional amount, explain how to do this and then deliver your goods to you.

Delivery is via sign-for on delivery courier. Delivery times typically 1-2 week via air carrier, world wide.

Please note that for overseas orders payment is accepted via credit card or by transfer of funds, with all monies cleared prior to despatch.
