Will you sell me individual parts of a smartveg system?

Generally, we do not supply or support individual piece parts of smartveg systems. From experience, it is hard to support your conversion if we do not know exactly what parts you have – or whether all parts have been purchased from smartveg. In some cases we’ve actually ended up de-bugging competitors’ systems! Also it makes it impossible to guarantee components as invariably they may be operated or incorporated in DIY topologies that we do not recommend.

It is therefore policy to supply, support and guarantee only complete conversion smartveg systems: we therefore know exactly what you’ve got and exactly how the vehicle should be converted. Trying to provide support for a home DIY conversion that uses only one or a small number of components from us invariably leads to a lot of frustration and confusion. Additionally, providing technical support is expensive: like you, experienced engineers expect to be paid a fair wage for their time and that means all support beyond complete smartveg systems must be charged for. Sorry!
